We will gather on Sunday, December 10, 2017, starting at 11:00 AM for the Fall Officers Meeting.

•Cynagua Purse & Regalia (Financial Committee)
All are welcome to stay for the Purse meeting, but don’t feel obligated (unless you are someone who is obligated, of course). Remember, your reimbursements must have receipts or an invoice.
**Principality Officers – if you cannot attend in person to give your report, I expect that you will send your report ahead of time to me, or with a trusted messenger to the meeting.
For Officer reports, please provide the following:
•Your names (SCA and mundane)
•Email address
•Best phone number
•Warrant expiration date
•Membership number and expiration date
•Names of Deputies
•Recent activities in your office
•Challenges for
•Requests for action
•Commendations
Members of the Populace are welcome to attend – especially if you are considering taking on an office at any level in the SCA. Please forward this on to anyone who may be interested.
