The Principality of Cynagua is a part of the Kingdom of the West, the founding kingdom of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc. (SCA). The SCA is a worldwide, not-for-profit practical history society dedicated to researching and recreating the arts and skills practiced prior to the 17th Century. While dressed in clothing of the Middle Ages and Renaissance, you can experience tournaments, royal courts, feasts, and dancing. You also have the opportunity to learn and practice these arts and skills — calligraphy, cooking, armoring, metalworking, carpentry, and needlework (to name only a few) — within an all-ages social group. The SCA is a great place to make friends and learn transferable skills.
Geographically, the Principality of Cynagua exists within the northern California central valley areas and northern Nevada.
